How do I find my model?
To make sure you receive exactly the right item for your device we might need certain data like your serial number or your product number. On this page we show you how to find this information depending on the manufacturer.
For Acer products we need the model and the entire serial number.
If you're looking for a spare part for a product by Asus, we need the serial number.
If you have a notebook, please also offer us the MB-Version and the model.
To obtain reliable information about Dell notebooks, we need both the model and the so-called "Service Tag".
For Fujitsu products we require the model and the complete serial number.
In some cases the information you are looking for is hiding under the battery.
If you, as the proud owner of a Lenovo/IBM ThinkPad, are looking for a spare part, please send us the model, model code and serial number of your device.
In case you've already removed those stickers the original packaging also offers detailed information about the tablet.
MSI products require model and model code.
Packard Bell notebooks offer the required data on the bottom side of the device.
This information can also be found on a much smaller sticker.
For Samsung notebooks we need the exact model and serial number.
